rights of American citizens by
pursuing executive orders to curtail the right to keep and bear arms
without congressional authorization and in violation of the second
amendment.

Congressman Stockman has pledged to move for impeachment against Obama. I
am standing up against Obama right beside him, will you?

President’s actions are an existential threat to this nation,” reads
a statement by Rep. Steve Stockman. “The right of the people to keep
and bear arms is what has kept this nation free and secure for over 200
years. The very purpose of the Second Amendment is to stop the
government from disallowing people the means to defend themselves

Benghazi attack which directly led to the deaths of four American
citizens. The
cover-up has been called “Obama’s Watergate,” yet four months
after the incident, no one in the administration has been held
accountable.

He has brazenly undermined the power of Congress by insisting his
authority came from the United Nations Security Council prior to the
attack on Libya and that Congressional approval was not necessary. “I
don’t even have to get to the Constitutional question,” said
Obama. This is an act that “constitutes an impeachable high crime
and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution,” according
to Congressman Walter Jones.

He has flagrantly
violated article 1, section 9, clause 8 of the Constitution by
accepting rotating status as chairman of the United Nations Security
Council. The clause states, “No title of nobility shall be granted by
the United States; and no person holding any office of profit or trust
under them, shall without consent of Congress accept of any present,
emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince,
or foreign State.”

He has ignored Congressional rejection of the cybersecurity bill and
instead indicated he will pursue an unconstitutional
executive order.

He has signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act which
includes provisions that permit the abduction and military detention
without trial of U.S. citizens, violating Habeas Corpus. Despite Obama
claiming he would not use the provisions to incarcerate U.S. citizens, it
was his administration that specifically
demanded these powers be included in the final NDAA bill.

He has enacted universal health care mandates that force Americans to buy
health insurance, a
clear violation of the Constitution in exceeding congressional power
to regulate interstate commerce. Obama has also handed out preferential
waivers to corporations friendly to his administration.

He has violated the Constitution’s Takings and Due Process Clauses when
he bullied
the secured creditors of automaker Chrysler into accepting 30 cents on
the dollar while politically connected labor unions and preferential
others received better deals.

He has violated Article II of the Constitution by using
signing statements as part of his executive usurpation of power.

Grounds for the Impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama
There
is a growing sentiment that Obama should be impeached for "High Crimes and
Misdemeanors," as well as for being a CROOK and a CRIMINAL.
But
first, what are "high crimes and misdemeanors?"
High crimes and misdemeanors is a phrase
that comes from the U. S. Constitution; Article Two, Section 4 which states: "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."
The word "high" in legal-speak from the 18th century simply means "against the
State." A "high crime" is one wherein the
"impeached" officer of the United States seeks the overthrow of the country,
or a high crime which gives aid or comfort to our country's enemies, or a high
crime which injures the country to the profit of an individual or group.
In democracies it also includes crimes which attempt to alter the outcome of elections.
It is the "which injures the country to the profit of an individual or
group"that many now believe is the reason to impeach Obama due to
his wanton disregard for the taxpayer's money that "injured" our
country to the profit of an individual or group. These individuals and
groups being:
1. George Kaiser and Solyndra
2. Phil Falcone and Light Squared
More
and more people are finding Obama's failed leadership, to be a "Culture
of Corruption" typical of "Chicago Style Politics" and no
different than a Chicago Thug, CROOK and CRIMINAL. Obama should be impeached for placing his
friend's company; Light Squared, AHEAD of America's national security and for
"Subornation of Perjury" or General William Shelton who is the
Commander of the U.S. Air Force Space Command. Subornation of Perjury is a legal
phrase/term that describes the crime of persuading someone to commit
perjury. The subornation of perjury occurred when someone above General
Shelton's pay grade, and rank, pressured him into changing his congressional testimony to make it more
favorable to the company of a major Democratic donor - which also happens to
be Obama buddy, political cronie and billionaire investor Phil
Falcone, regarding his company; "Light Squared."
In
the case of Light Squared, it is believed that Obama himself, or one of Obama's thugs at Obama's
direction, "pressured" Air Force General William Shelton, to change
his testimony regarding Obama's friend's company, Light Squared (which is owned by
Harbinger Capital, a hedge fund, and led by Obama buddy and billionaire investor Phil
Falcone). Light Squared is a cell phone/broadband technology company)
which uses a radio frequency that interferes with our nation's national security
and our military's GPS (global positioning system) system.
In yet another of Obama's criminal undertakings, he directed $527 million of
tax-payer's money, to go to yet another one of his cronies' company's, this
time, to Solyndra, a Fremont, California based solar company. Within 2 years of
receiving the $527 million in taxpayer funding, Solyndra declared bankruptcy on Aug. 31, 2011, putting 1,100 employees out of
work, cheating (screwing) taxpayers out of $527 million. George Kaiser, a democrat,
is Obama's leading fundraiser, and owner/chief investor of Solyndra. George Kaiser -
as Obama's top fundraiser for Obama, met with Obama in the White House 4 times in 2009 before his company received
$527 million in tax-payer funding.
Before
Kaiser's company received the $527 million in taxpayer funding, his application
was REJECTED by the Bush Administration and REJECTED by Obama's own Department
of Energy. Two years ago, before receiving $527 million in taxpayer
funding, Obama's own Department of Energy stated this was a "failed company
with a failed product" and the company would be bankrupt by September
2011!!!! Even with this information, Obama "directed" Kaiser's
company to receive the the loan was approved.
The
Obama "swamp" is OVERFLOWING in the toxic soup of "Chicago Style Politics" led by the corrupt National Socialists; Barack Hussein Obama
and his billionaire buddies, cronies, and radical unions - with their "Culture
of Corruption" running rampant and is destroying our country. "Pay-to-Play" and "pay for
access" has corrupted the radical leftists and national socialists while
our country is going down the drain.
Does this not make Obama a Chicago thug, crook, criminal, and a
disgrace to the office of the president? We seriously doubt Obama will be
elected to a 2nd term, not because his true colors are shining through as a

because he may well be impeached long before next year's
election, for "High Crimes and Misdemeanors!"
Impeach
the Crook for the following "High Crimes and Misdemeanors"
specifically for items 1 a-d below, and 2-15 for "cause."

$527 million gift of taxpayers money to his cronie's company: Solyndra, despite President Bush's administration rejecting the loan to
Solyndra. Hmmmmm,

Despite being told by people a LOT smarter than him (over 2 years

Subornation of Perjury of General William Shelton involving Obama's willful

intentional neglect in jeopardizing our nation's
defense, so that Light Squared, the
company Obama invested $100,000 in, in 2005, and its
owner, could make Billions of
dollars, while America's defenses and GPS system are
threatened?!? This will be yet
another one of Obama's pending "Watergates."

Fast and Furious - need we say more?

"offered a job by the White House in exchange for NOT continuing
his campaign" in Pennsylvania against "your pick," Arlen
Specter.
On May 24, 2010--David Axelord, White House Advisor, stated that
Congressman Joe Sestak's claims, if they were true, would
"constitute a serious breach of the law.'
Prima Facie Evidence exists that Congressman Joe Sestak, was indeed
offered a FEDERAL job, by Sestak's own admission, as an inducement (Quid
Pro Quo) for him to leave the Pennsylvania Senate race.

THE
FED: DISHONEST, IMMORAL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL

There
is no greater threat to the security and prosperity of the United States today
than the out-of-control, secretive Federal Reserve.
Imagine
that parents, overwhelmed by debt and months behind on their bills, sent their
spendthrift teenagers out each weekend for a night on the town with credit cards
and blank checks. Would anyone be surprised if this family never got their
finances under control?
Yet
that is how a government which is almost 15 trillion dollars in the red behaves
by entrusting taxpayers’ financial futures to the Federal Reserve, which pumps
money into the economy whenever it chooses and makes secret deals with Wall
Street executives, foreign central banks, and other politically-connected
insiders without any significant oversight from Congress.
Snuck
through Congress on Christmas Eve in 1913, the Federal Reserve Act established
the Fed as America’s central bank. The Fed essentially creates money out of
thin air, manipulates interest rates, and interferes with the free market. By
doing so, the Fed fuels our economy’s boom-bust cycle and has helped devalue
our dollar by over 95%.
According
to the Minneapolis Federal Reserve branch’s own website, what you could buy
with $1.00 in 1913 would now cost you $22.55.
Although
Congress and the Treasury helped bring about the housing bubble and financial
collapse with legislation, regulations, and keeping the funds flowing to
reckless institutions like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the Fed was the main
cause of the crisis. Its interference in setting interest rates distorted the
market, and its status as the “lender of last resort” ensured banks could
hook individuals and businesses for loans on projects that weren’t in as high
demand as forecasters believed.
When
the crash occurred, common sense dictated a change in policy. But the Federal
Reserve only increased its lending and intervention to historic highs.
While
selling Americans a bill of goods that the economy would never recover without
unprecedented bailouts, we now know that at the peak of its “emergency
lending,” the Fed was providing nearly 90% of its discount window loans to
foreign banks! This included making over 70 loans to a bank partially owned by
the Bank of Libya.
The
Fed was able to get away with these actions because Congress lacks the authority
to thoroughly and completely audit it. In fact, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben
Bernanke appeared before Congress early in the crisis and was able to refuse a
direct request to disclose which institutions were receiving trillions of
taxpayer dollars from the Fed.
IN
THE SHADOWS
It
was only thanks to overwhelming grassroots support for Ron Paul’s Audit the
Fed legislation that we have been granted limited insight into the Fed’s
operations. If it hadn’t been for last minute efforts to water down his bill,
we would have learned even more about the Fed’s actions before and during the
crisis.
TIME
FOR SOUND MONEY
As
President, Ron Paul will work for passage of comprehensive audit legislation,
and he will also fight to legalize sound money so Americans will have
alternatives to the Fed’s inflated paper money.
Ultimately,
he will lead the charge to end the dishonest, immoral, and unconstitutional
Federal Reserve System, enabling America to take a giant step toward economic
security, financial responsibility, and lasting prosperity.
